Return / Exchange / Credit Policy

Items that are a manufacturer defect must be reported within three days of receipt for a replacement (if the item is still available in our inventory) or credit.

Please email paparazzi.lynnb@gmail.com with a photograph of the item. 

To be eligible for an exchange or credit only, you have 3 days after receiving your accessories to inspect them and contact us if the item was damaged in transit.  If 3 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.  To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Once your request for an exchange or credit has been approved It must also be returned to us in the original packaging to the address below.  Your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.  You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Accessories that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

All sales are final, no refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
